The Hebrew word ‘Qadowsh’ (Pronounced Kaw-doshe’) means holy or set apart.
The revelation I received from the Holy Spirit is that I should dive into the relational aspect of being holy.
Being set apart means being taken out from a place for a specific purpose. When someone orders food at a restaurant, their meal is set apart from all other meals and belongs only to them because they paid for it. That’s what Jesus’ death and resurrection did for us; He set us apart for Himself.
I strive to understand how to relate to the God that we are set apart for.
kadowsh.com answers questions about how to relate to God intimately. I write to reflect on the relationship that the Holy Spirit wants to have with His people. Questions like:
- What can the relationships in the Bible teach us?
- What does a relational walk with God look like?
- How can we relate to God in the valley of death’s shadow?
- How do I relate to others in light of my relationship with Jesus?
